TRAVERSE CITY — Julie Ann (Cadmus) Brower, 46, lifelong resident of Traverse City, passed away unexpectedly Friday, Dec. 30, 2011, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City. Julie was born on March 18, 1965, to Earl and Doris (Horton) Cadmus in Traverse City.Julie was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Cherryland VFW Post #2780 and former member of the Eagles in Traverse City. Julie enjoyed music and dancing at the VFW and spending time with her dog "Little Bit".Julie is survived by her loving parents, Earl and Doris Cadmus, of Traverse City; her two sisters, Shari (George) Ricket, of Interlochen, and Cindy (James) Kruse, of Traverse City; three nieces, Melissa, Heather and Alisha; two nephews, Wayne and Adam; her husband, Don Brower; her constant companion, her dog, Little Bit; and many other loving family members and friends.Julie was preceded in death by grandparents, Nelson (Arlene) Horton and Bob (Lena) Cadmus.Private family services will be held at a later date.Memorial contributions may be directed to Women's Resource Center or the Cherryland Humane Society.
