June Ilene Chadwick, 92, of Traverse City passed away peacefully on May 8, 2023 at Orchard Creek.
June was born on January 13, 1931 in Detroit to the late David Franklin and Margaret (Walker) Bunn.
June married William C. Kline on September 13, 1952. Together they shared 30 years before he passed away. She later found love and on October 20, 1984 married Harold W. Chadwick.
In Michigan, June lived in Detroit, Ypsilanti, Cedar, Kalkaska, Bellaire and eventually retired to Traverse City. She worked for the Ford Motor Company, Dura Manufacturing, and at Traverse Manor, serving always in an accounting position.
June liked to read, paint China and make rugs using the latch hook technique. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and she also enjoyed volunteering at Meadow Brook Nursing home.
June was preceded in death by her parents; first husband William Kline; second husband Harold Chadwick; son Don Kline; sisters Margie Foster, Corinne Thompson, and Rebecca Schultz; brothers Don and James Coates; and step son Robert Chadwick.
June is survived by her son Rex (Joanna) Kline; step children William (Marilyn) Chadwick and Coletta (Dave) Taylor; grandchildren Julia, Luke, Naomi, Micala, Deborah, Nathan, Joshua, Jessica, Laura, Raymond and Renee; and many other family members and friends.
June was laid to rest at the Lake View Cemetery in Bellaire.
