Kathleen Finnegan Long, 26, of Traverse City passed away peacefully December 25, 2019. She was a beautiful young lady with a kind and gentle spirit. She was dearly loved by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten by all who knew her.

Kathleen was born May 23, 1993 to Gary and Sarah Long in Lake Forest, IL. After moving to Traverse City Kathleen attended OMPS, East Jr. High and Traverse City Central High School where she was active in choir. Kathleen also completed the Early Childhood Development program at the Career Tech Center in Traverse City.

Kathleen's love for pets and passion for helping people led her to establish a small business that served many throughout the community.

Kathleen is survived by her parents, brother Kelly and his wife Hannah (Parish) of Grand Rapids and brother Charlie of Ferndale.
