Obituary

Kathleen Williams, 31, was unexpectedly called home by her Lord and Savior on May 6, 2016.
She was born June 30, 1984 to Larry and Carol (Domke) Williams of Traverse City. A 2002 graduate of Traverse City Central High School, she went on to earn various certifications including those in emergency medical care and pet grooming, but she found her true passion as an Independent Designer for the Origami Owl line of jewelry. She enjoyed helping others to tell their own stories through jewelry.
She had an unending and boundless love for her children, Kiely Maddasion and Domenic Wilkes. She was engaged to marry her long-time love, Joe McIntyre, and was overjoyed to be gaining a step-daughter, Ashton Kearns.
From the time she was a little girl she was always the champion of the underdog. She was constantly reaching out to those in need, confident that her help could make a difference. She developed a strong love for animals, specifically those without homes. In the past few years she grew to love horseback riding and could often be found at the stables with carrots in tow for "her boys."
Kathleen was the ultimate giver. She would give of herself and her resources until she had nothing left to give, and she never expected a thing in return. A woman of deep-rooted faith, she sought to teach her children the same faith that was passed down to her through generations of family.
If Kathleen could leave one parting thought as a hallmark of her life on earth it would be, "Take care of each other," just as she tirelessly sought to take care of her family, her friends, and anyone in need.
Kathleen is survived by her beloved fiancé and children, her parents; sister Christy (Matt) Pawloski, and nephews Logan, Jacob and Noah Pawloski, all of Traverse City; birthparents Sam and Jill Cadwell, and brother Ethan Cadwell, all of Pittsburgh, PA; uncles and aunts Terry and Sue Groesser, of Grand Rapids, and Albert and Carol Domke, of West Battle Lake, MN; along with many cherished cousins, extended family members and a wide circle close friends.
She was preceded in death by grandparents Edgar and Vivian Williams, and Albert and Lillian Domke.
Visitation will be held at Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 10 from 5:00-8:00pm; the funeral will be held at Feast Of Victory Lutheran Church at 4400 Mt. Hope Rd. in Acme at 5:00pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to Uncats or Wings of Wonder.
