Landon Weber of Traverse City, Michigan, age 30, passed away unexpectedly in October of 2023. He was born to Keith Weber and Michele Alexander Gibson in Traverse City on September 9, 1993. He was a 2012 graduate of Traverse City Central High School, attended Northwestern Michigan College, Michigan State University, and was currently studying to become an MRI tech at Lansing Community College.
In his spare time Landon enjoyed listening to music, gaming on his computer, reading sci-fi and classic literature. He loved walks in the woods and loved politics. He could debate anyone on the processes of government and current affairs. He will be remembered for his intelligence, outstanding character, and humility. Landon was a humble person and a wonderful human being. He will be terribly missed by all who knew him.
Landon is survived by his parents; grandparents David (Pam) Alexander, Sr., Barbara (Geof Williams) Alexander, and Theresa Weber; great grandmother Rose Alexander; step-father Eric Gibson; aunts and uncles, Peggy Blackrick, George (Marcia) Alexander, Susan Chesney, Milan (Debbie) Alexander, Calvin (Carol) Weber, Dennis Weber, Joan (Scott) Cook; and many cousins and other beloved members of the family.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Gordon Weber; uncles, David Alexander, Jr. and Jon Chesney; and dear feline friends, Morris and Crackers.
As Landon would have wished, cremation has taken place, and his family will celebrate privately.
Those wishing to offer an expression of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to the Northwestern Michigan College Foundation, 1701 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI, 49686; or online at:

Landon was a warrior. He endured challenges that were sometimes unimaginable, but he persevered and kept marching forward to obtain success. Unfortunately, his time ran out and he didn't reach the top of his mountain. He did, however, reach the ultimate mountain—God's kingdom. Rest in peace, dear Landon. We love you forever.
