Laura Irene Emerich, 92 of Traverse City passed away Monday, August 13, 2012 at the Grand Traverse Pavilions.
Laura was born on March 31, 1920 in Port Huron, MI to the late Carl and Lela (Cisky) Falk. She married Charles Andrew Emerich on March 6th 1943 in Port Huron, MI.
Laura was a member of the First Congregational Church and was a devoted homemaker.
Surviving Laura is her son James Charles (Mary) Emerich, grandchildren, Jason (Kara) Emerich, Stacey (James) McKenna, great grandchildren Kayden and Timothy Jason "TJ" Emerich, Ethan, Riley, and Mae McKenna.
Laura is preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughter Linda Ann Emerich, brothers Clarence and Carl Falk and sister Eleanore Campbell.
