Leonard Clark's Obituary
Leonard William Clark, 71, of Traverse City, passed away Dec. 25, 2021.
Leonard was born February 14, 1950, in Traverse City, son to the late William and Victoria (Horton) Clark.
On March 25, 1971 Leonard married Valerie Schneider, at First Christian Church, Traverse City.
He was involved for many years with the Cherry Capital Model A Car Club, and had a lifelong passion with these cars.
He served as a volunteer firefighter, starting at age sixteen, with the Elmwood Township Fire Dept. He also was a reserve officer on the Leelanau County Mounted Patrol.
Leonard is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Valerie; daughter Christine (Christopher); step-daughter Marilyn (Nick) Babcock; step-son Brian (Julie) Mueller and grandchildren Elizabeth (Kristofer) Hoffman, Lynn Marie Mueller, Ashley Styles, Collin Hill and Garrett Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held Tues., Jan. 4, 2022, 11:00 AM, at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until the time of service.
