Leslie E. Couturier, age 66, of Traverse City, passed away on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, after a well-fought battle against cancer.

Leslie was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Her family and friends will miss her quick wit and selfless nature; she truly was the life of the party. Leslie was a great athlete. She played many sports in her younger years and coached her children's team sports as well. She also enjoyed working for East Bay Township. Above all else, Leslie loved her family and cherished spending time with them.

Leslie was preceded in death by her parents: Ward & Barbara (Phillips) Dickinson; and her brother, Keith Dickinson.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Mick; children: Lynndsay (Derek) Carlson, Corey (Courtney) Couturier; beloved grandchildren and step-grandchildren: Cooper, Cambre, Camille, Peyton, Ellie, Spencer; siblings: Tracy (Kevin) Rosa, Deborah (Mike) Prior, Wade (Kathleen) Dickinson; special niece, Samantha; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family will welcome visitors from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27, 2024 at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth Street, Traverse City. A Celebration of Life honoring Leslie will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to the Cherryland Humane Society.
