Linda Ann Scheele, 64, of Traverse City passed away peacefully on Saturday September 20, 2014 at her home with friends and family. Linda was born on November 16, 1949 in Traverse City to the late Milton and Florence (Kiviniemi) Hays.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Shanna (Michael) Willman of Chicago, IL a sister, Dawn (Jeff) Ameel and brother, George Hays.
Linda has always been a lover of animals and the outdoors. Along with her running her Champion Show Dog Kennel, she enjoyed scuba diving, traveling, and being out on her boat with loved ones. She will be missed dearly by those who knew her.
A memorial service honoring Linda will be held at 3pm-7pm on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at 850 Boardman Acres.
Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial donation to Mayo Clinic in support of Cancer Research.
