TRAVERSE CITY — Logan Patrick Shea, 20, of Traverse City, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at his home.Logan was born March 4, 1991, in Traverse City to Patrick and Ann (Kostrzewa) Shea. He graduated from Traverse City Central High School in 2009.Logan enjoyed going to concerts and music festivals, Frisbee golf, and hanging out with his friends.Surviving Logan are his parents; brother Jansen; grandparents, Kathleen Kostrzewa, Joseph (Tracy) Kostrzewa, Donald and Mildred Shea; great-grandmother, M. Kathleen Perry; aunts and uncles, Mary Kay (William) Petrosky, Susan (Cris Crisp) Kostrzewa, David Kostrzewa, Ann (Jeff) Sutliff, Katherine (Timothy) Belanger and Michael (Shanna) Shea; cousins Brittney, Brent, Keith, Kyle (Gretchen), Ian, Whitney, Preston, Shea, Fran, Ashleigh and Reed; and many great-aunts and great-uncles.Logan is preceded in death by his great-grandpa Donald Perry and uncle Robert Kast. A funeral service will be held for Logan at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the funeral. Pastor Justin Grimm will serve as officient.
