Louise Hauck Cloutier, loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother and friend passed away peacefully at home on June 1, 2012 with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ellery "Pat" Cloutier (who she married in 1941), sons Patrick and Michael Cloutier, parents Hazel and George Hauck, her sister June Hauck and brother Frederick Hauck. She is survived by her children - Susan of Traverse City MI; Judith of Boynton Beach FL; Anthony (Nadine) of Brighton MI; Linda (Jack)Willey of Rockford MI; Karen (David) Wetelainen of Traverse City MI; Joan of Traverse City MI; daughter-in-laws Virginia (Ed Ford) -widow of Patrick, and Jerry Ann (Doug) window of Michael; Eight Grandchildren; Eight Great-Grandchildren; as well as her brothers James Hauck of Pendleton NC , and Jack Hauck of Troy MI.

Louise and her husband Pat retired to Traverse City from Birmingham 28 years ago. They became involved with the Farther Fred Foundation at its inception. Louise loved Arts and Politics and worked on the election board for East Bay Twp., as well as at the Gift Shop at the Denos Museum. She had many friends and especially enjoyed her Mahjong Ladies, as well as her Canasta group.

When Louise completed any task large or small, she would always make the statement "THERE". And so it is. She shared, raised, nurtured, loved and lived a full happy live and in her own words - "THERE"!

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

At her wishes, a cremation has taken place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church on Tuesday, June 5, 2010 at 11:00 with a luncheon immediately following. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
