Lucia Ann Kadzielski, 68, of Traverse City, entered eternal rest May 11, 2019.
Lucia was born May 17, 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Karl A. and Ann Kadzielski.
With her servant's heart Lucia served many communities throughout the United States via her life's work as a clinical social worker. She will forever be missed and remembered as a warm-hearted soul, always willing to help. She respected all living things and believed that each person mattered. She graduated from Marygrove College (Detroit) class of 1972. She would treasure the relationships made with her classmates for the rest of her life. Lucia earned her Master of Social Work from University of Michigan.
Lucia is missed and loved by her friends, who were her family.
A Memorial Mass celebrating this amazing woman will take place Monday, May 20, 2019 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1025 S. Union Street, Traverse City, MI 49684. Friends will be received starting at 10AM and will continue until Mass begins. At 10:45AM a tribute for Lucia will be shared.
Memorials may be directed to a charity of choice or to a cause you are passionate about; Lucia would have appreciated that.
