TRAVERSE CITY – Lynne Sharon Flynn, age 68, of Traverse City passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Munson Medical Center in the loving care of her family.
Lynne was born on February 26, 1950 to Bill and Betty (Katona) Riddle in Highland Park, MI. She was raised in Michigan and married Dennis Flynn on 4/17/1976. Dennis enlisted in the United States Air Force which led to Dennis and Lynne traveling with their family all over the United States. With over 20 years of traveling across the states, Lynne and Dennis met some amazing people and touched many lives throughout their years. After Dennis retired in 1995, Lynne and Dennis moved back to Traverse City where they've been ever since.
Lynne is survived by her husband, Dennis Flynn, children; Scott Flynn, Stacy (Susan) Flynn, and Aaron (Jen) Flynn, grandchildren; Dakota, Cheyenne, Noah, Andrew, Alexis, Taylor, Jordan, Dylan, Ethan, and Orion, siblings; Gary Riddle, and Terri Johnson. Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, and son, Todd Flynn in 2000.
Per Lynne's request cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held.
