Margaret Louise Thomas' Obituary
Margaret Louise Thomas was born August 23, 1924 in Marlette, MI to Margaret and Hans Christensen. She passed away peacefully on February 9, 2020 surrounded by loving family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years Donald Thomas and son John Thomas.
Margaret is survived by her daughters Nancy (Mark) Toteff and Sarah Thomas, seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
Margaret was a homemaker who loved her family. Her other passions included playing tennis and golf, volunteering with her church and at Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids.
Per Margaret's request, cremation has been accorded by the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Margaret's name may be directed to Hospice of Michigan or a charity of donor's choice.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and appreciation to all the staff at Boardman Lake Glens and Hospice of Michigan for their wonderful and loving care.
