Marjorie "Marge" Janice Amalfitano, 88, of Traverse City passed away Friday, June 13, 2025 at French Manor South.

Marge was born on January 5, 1937 in Dearborn, MI to the late Charles and Margaret (Hehl) Lee.
She eventually went to work at a local Italian restaurant and fell in love with the Owner Vincent Amalfitano. Together they shared a wonderful life together. The were members of St. Franics Catholic Church for many years.

She is survived by her sons, Fred (Elizabeth) of Orlando, FL, Mike of Virginia Beach VA; her grandchildren, Dominic (Sydney Rose), Andrea (Eduardo) and Michael; great grandchildren, Kayden, Lainey, Summer, and Noah, all of Orlando, and her sister Carmela (Ennio) Iadeluca of Traverse City, as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Vince in 2017 and her sister Marie (Gene) Mazella.

Visitation for Marge will take place from 4 until 6 p.m. Friday, June 20, 2025 at The Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home with a rosary prayed at 6 p.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Catholic Diocesan Cemetery at 10am next to Vince.
