Marlene Ann Buck, 83, of Traverse City, passed away September 1, 2019, after completing her earthly accomplishments.
Marlene was born September 26, 1935 to the late John and Sophia (Markowski) Carmack in Detroit, MI.
She has been in the Traverse City area since 1976. Prior to moving to Traverse City, Marlene was born, raised and attended schools in Detroit. She went to high school at St. Cyril.
Marlene really enjoyed her grandchildren, camping and collecting angels.
Marlene is survived and missed dearly by her husband Jerry, son Dennis, grandchildren; Kaytee, Karree, David, Kristee, Anthony and Jennifer, 8 great grandchildren and sisters Evaline and Marcie.
She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Eugenia, and siblings: Rita, Lorraine and John.
A visitation will take place on Thursday September 5, 2019 from 4-6pm at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place Friday September 6, 2019 at 11:00am at Trinity Lutheran Church with visitation one-hour prior.
