Martin Eric Caron

Martin Eric Caron Age 62, of Traverse City MI passed away on Wednesday December 2, 2015 in Grand Rapids MI surrounded by loved ones.
Marty was born on July 9, 1953 in Peoria IL, the Son of Alan and Dorothy Caron. Throughout his life he also lived in Kalamazoo MI and finally resided in Traverse City MI.
Marty loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a skilled craftsman and was known to be able to fix just about anything in his earlier years.
He is survived by his Mother, Dorothy Caron; Wife, Jacque Caron; Son, Joseph (Kaili) Caron; Daughter, Jessica Caron; Step-daughter, Shoshanna Schichtel; Grandson, Mitchel; Granddaughters, Faith, Gracie and Lilah; Step-Granddaughters Ashley, Harper, Bella; and many other beloved friends and family.
He is proceeded in death by his father Alan Caron and his sister Marian Caron.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, December 14, 2015 at 11am with visitation one hour prior at St. Francis Catholic Church.
