Mary Catherine Foraker, 91, of Traverse City passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on December 25, 2020.
Mary was born in Chicago, IL on February 2, 1929 to the late Robert and Mary (Bryers) Davey.

Mary was preceded in death by her husbands Paul Egan, Thomas Lorenz, Howard Foraker, her parents, brothers Bobby (Robert) and Thomas Davey, daughter Judy Dailey and daughter-in-law Vickie Lorenz.
Mary is survived by her children Dottie (Jerry) Baker, Paul Lorenz, Carol (John) Witkop, Danny (Paula) Lorenz, Larry (Michele) Lorenz, John Lorenz, Debbie Lorenz, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral mass will take place on Thursday, December 31, at 11:00 am at St. Francis Catholic Church.
Mary will be laid to rest at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.
Due to current Covid restrictions, there can be no visitation. A celebration of Mary's life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Father Fred Foundation or to Hospice of Michigan.
