Mary "Betsy" Gratiot, 64 of Traverse City, MI passed away on May 4th, 2021. Betsy was the light in everyone's life. She was a helping hand, a warm hug, and the best advice you could ask for. Betsy knew how to make everyone feel special and appreciated. She didn't know a single stranger because everyone became a friend. Betsy spent 45 years happily and blissfully in love with her husband Bill. Betsy and Bill had the kind of love most people only dream of, but her most proud accomplishment was "World's Best Mom and Grammy". For Betsy, being "Mom" didn't stop at her biological children, but extended to anyone who needed a loving mother figure. She will be missed by all but her memory will live on in the lives she touched.
