Mary Ann Wright, 77, of Traverse City entered into eternal life on December 26, 2020.

Mary was born on October 20, 1943 in Manistee to George and Violet (Antoine) Lawrence.

Mary was a member of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. Her faith was very important to her and she lived her life to the fullest.

She was a very generous person who always put others before her self. She enjoyed travelling to spend time with family and cooking.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, George, Rose and Gary.

Mary is survived by her children Joe (Teresa) Esquivel, Dennis (Teri) Esquivel, Trinidad (Becky) Esquivel, Linda Green, Leonard Winfrey and Karl Peckstein; ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren; brother Gerald and sisters Shirley and Darlene.

Visitation for friends and family will be held on December 31, 2020 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 1pm at the Kewadin Cemetery.
