Mancelona - Michael C. Meredith, 56, of Mancelona passed away at home on May 30, 2017 after a long battle with Kidney Disease.

Michael was born on October 10, 1960 in West Branch. He was a truck driver for over 20 years. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, camping and taking a ride through the country. He loved being outside and in the woods. He also liked RC Cars.

Michael is survived by his son Kyle, father Robert M. Meredith, cousin Joe (Kristin) Meredith, and his beloved Jack Russell Terriers Casey and Lola.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy J. Meredith.

The funeral will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 3:00 pm with visitation beginning one hour prior at Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home.

Family graveside services will take place Monday, June 5, 2017 at Grand Traverse Memorial Gardens.
