Michael "Mitch" Ralph Mitchell, 75, of Traverse City, died October 14, 2019. He was born January 11, 1944 in his family's farmhouse in Hannah, son of George and Loretta Mitchell (Harvey).

He is survived by his sister Delores Brown; nephews Terry (Diana), Jeffrey (Joan) and Joseph (Pam) Longton; 7 great nieces and nephews; 6 great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 3PM, Saturday, November 9, 2019, at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth Street, Traverse City, MI 49684. Visitation will begin at 2PM and continue until the time of service at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
