Nancy Parker

Nancy Ann Parker, 76, of Traverse City and formerly of Grand Rapids passed away peacefully on May 5, 2026.

Nancy was born on January 16, 1950 in Grand Rapids to the late Frank and Dorthy (Elders) Lake. She graduated from Godwin Heights in Wyoming in 1968.

On March 20, 1971 she married Robert Joseph Parker Jr. who preceded her in death.

She is survived by her son Robert Parker; daughter Julie Parker; grandsons Landon and Brayden Sims; brother Robert (Marilyn) Lake and sister Janet Griswold.

Nancy will be remembered for her devotion to her family. She enjoyed crafting, sewing and scrapbooking. She also liked to work in her yard and tend to her flowers.

Please join the family on Friday, May 8, 2026 from 5 – 7 pm at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home to help celebrate and honor Nancy’s life.
