Norma Hanson's Obituary
Norma Catherine Hanson, 76, of Traverse City, passed away March 26, 2023.
Norma was born in Oakland County June 4, 1946, daughter to Raymond and Loretta (Mooney) Alexander.
On November 7, 1965 she married Lee Hanson in Franklin Michigan. The couple was married for 54 years until Lee's passing in 2020. In 1979, Norma and Lee moved their family up to Traverse City. From then until retiring in 2016, Norma worked at Birchwood as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Norma is survived by her daughter Tricia (Rob Wilhite) Hanson and another daughter; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and sisters Maryann, Joan and Jane.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Dan Alexander.
In accordance with Catherine's wishes cremation and private family services will take place.
