Pamela Jean Davis, age 65, passed away May 28, 2023 with her family by her side at her home in Traverse City. She was born in Saginaw on June 6, 1957, one of four children to William and Mary "Theresa" (Harris) Streeter. On March 2, 1979 in Vassar, MI, she married Eric Bradley Davis, who survives.
Pam grew up in Vassar, Michigan and attended Ferris State University, graduating in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. She became a registered pharmacist that same year. After living and working in Battle Creek for four years, she and Eric moved to Traverse City in 1983. There they began their family while both working as pharmacists at Munson Medical Center. Over her career, Pam specialized as an informatics pharmacist. For over 10 years she traveled as a consultant informatics pharmacist and project manager, working primarily in Florida, Maine, and Illinois. She then returned to Munson where she finished her career. In addition to her work, Pam was very proud and dedicated to her family. She was especially proud of her sons Norman and Andrew, whom she homeschooled.
Pam's Christian faith was strong throughout her life and she and Eric were active members at First Congregational Church. They belonged to the Anchor Small Group at church and valued the close relationships made over many years. Pam also volunteered as a church youth group leader for over a decade. She loved the teens and they in turn loved her back. Pam enjoyed reading, walking, puzzles, video games, and especially time with family at their home on Long Lake.
In addition to her husband and parents, Pam is survived by her sons, Norman (Kristen) Davis of Saginaw, MI and Andrew (Rachael) Davis of Jonesborough, TN; grandchildren Keegan, Kalon, and Everly; sisters Patrice (Wesley "Rob") Liebknecht of Frankenmuth and Jennifer Gendron of Saginaw; and brother, David (Kris) Streeter of Wimauma, FL.
