Patricia Anne Beckwith of Williamsburg passed away peacefully December 24, 2022.

Pat was the daughter of the late Lewis and Amelia (Peplinski) Cox, born on March 15, 1933.
She married her high school sweetheart, Darrell M. Beckwith, on May 19, 1951, who preceded her in death on May 21, 2009.

Surviving are her children: Kathryn (Richard) Huseltine of Traverse City and grandchildren Joshua (Brandy) Reed and Jonathan Reed; Helen (Daniel, deceased) Monahan of Lebanon, Ohio and grandchildren Jerold, Josie, and Daniel Monahan; Darrell L. (Marilyn) Beckwith of Grandville, Michigan and grandchildren Jacquelyn (Justin) Kolb and Mark (Elizabeth) Beckwith; and Pamela (Jerome) Weisler of Rapid City, Michigan. Great-grandchildren: Isaiah (Caleigh), Grace, and Elijah Reed; Wren, Paxton, and Andrew Reed; Seraiha and Guiliana Monahan; Aaron and Adeline Kolb; Brandon and Caroline Beckwith. Also surviving are step-sister Irma Timmons of Zanesville, Ohio, and step-brother Gary (Terry) Copeland of Williamsburg.

Pat was a charter member of Christ the King Catholic Church, where she helped start their funeral luncheon program. She was an active volunteer with the hospitals; Red Cross blood drives; and the Retired Senior Volunteer Program. She also enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and flower gardening. She was a homemaker, but was employed for two years by the U.S. Postal Service and by Traverse City Osteopathic Hospital, working there through two hospital name changes.

On Thursday, December 29, at Christ the King Church, 3801 Shore Dr., Acme, a rosary will be prayed at 3:30, followed by a time of sharing, then visitation 4:30-6:30. On Friday, December 30, there will be visitation at 10:00 and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00. A funeral luncheon will be served immediately following the Mass. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Traverse City.
