Obituary

Patricia Ann (Dumbrille) Yetter, 79, of Traverse City passed away at home on December 14, 2023.
Patricia was born at her childhood home at 901 W. Seventh Street on June 28, 1944 to Leon, a local piano tuner and motion picture projectionist, and Wantena (Beaber) Dumbrille, LPN at Munson Hospital, the third of three children. After graduation from Traverse City Senior High School she proudly attended Northwestern Michigan College.
She married the late Glenn Lincoln Yetter, Jr. on June 28, 1975. They enjoyed 37 years of devotion to each other. At the time of their wedding they were both employed at the Traverse City Iron Works and continued to work there until the business closed in 1983.
In 1983 they started a trucking business titled Yetter Enterprises Inc., and teamed together mostly hauling produce throughout the United States until January 2004. Patricia worked right beside Glenn both traveling and as the bookkeeper.
Patricia together with her beloved Glenn, found joy in many ocean cruising adventures. They enjoyed traveling in their RV and especially spending time in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Patricia's warm hospitality and delicious cooking created lasting bonds, mirroring her talents as an accomplished seamstress during her time at Master Dry Cleaners.

She is survived by her step-children Kimberly (Dennis) Michaud of Plantsville, Connecticut, Michael Yetter, of Cadillac, Michigan, Lawrence (Kathy) Yetter of Traverse City, Michigan, and Trevor (Pam) Yetter of Kingsley, Michigan, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Penny (Bob) Derse of Dallas, Texas, Dean (Lynne) Dumbrille of Fenton, Michigan, and Dale Dumbrille of Ocoee, Florida, and many other loving family members and friends.
