TRAVERSE CITY — Patricia Ann Limina, 76, of Traverse City, passed away at home after a courageous battle with cancer.Born March 10, 1935, in Detroit, Pat was the daughter of Cecil Patrick and Angeline Hagan. She graduated from East Detroit High School. She also resided in Madison Heights, Harrison Township and Clinton Township before moving to Traverse City in 1991.Pat was loved by all who knew her. Her family and friends will miss her beautiful and gentle way of being. She touched many people throughout her life in a positive and loving way. She laughed easily, her compliments abounded and she was so appreciative of life. Pat cared deeply about the people in her life and was a dedicated mother with great passion for her family. She was the center of family acitivies and loved to have everyone together and entertain. Her chocolate chip cookies will never be forgotten.Pat was the long-time social coordinator at her Traverse Hills Condominium. She worked tirelessly and loved the friends she made throughout her years living there. She was also an avid reader who was renowned for her book collection and her generous sharing of her books with others.Pat was preceded in death by her parents, as well as her brother, Jim Hagan, of Harrison Twp.; her sister, Lois Federow, of Utica; and son-in-law, Dennis Badalucco.Pat is survived by Edward J. Limina, her devoted husband. She is also survived by her first husband and father of her children, Roger R. Kost, of Farmington Hills; her son and daughter-in-law, David and Katherine Kost, of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; her daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Eddie Zutantas, of Shelby Twp.; her daughter and dedicated caregiver, Kathy Kost, and close friend Beth Ball, of Traverse City; her stepchildren, Karen (Dan) Bradley, Julie (Bill) Mullaly, Michelle (Bob) Grassa and Susan Badalucco; her former daughter-in-law, Lori J. Kost, of Princeton, N.J.; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Jeff, Stephen, Nicholas, Nicole, Megan, Bill, Melissa and Matt; her sister-in-law, Cathy Hagan; and many nieces and nephews.Visitation for Pat will be held today, Jan. 10, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m., with a scripture service beginning at 7 p.m. led by Deacon Rene Hoenscheid, at Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, at St. Patrick Catholic Church.The family has asked that Pat be remembered through memorial contributions to the Traverse Hills Condominium Entry Blvd. Tree Fund, c/o Grandview Mgt., 521 S.
