TRAVERSE CITY — Patricia Anne Singer, 75, of Traverse City passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2015.
Patricia was born on March 27, 1940 in Detroit to the late Joseph and Anastasia (Zarski) Balkevitch.
Patricia retired from Michigan Bell in 1989 after many years of dedicated service as a supervisor.
Following her retirement, she and her husband Donald moved to the Traverse City area, where they had spent their honeymoon decades earlier.
In her spare time she enjoyed reading, computers and television. She was also member at the Woodside Wesleyan Church in Lake Ann.
Surviving Patricia are her only son, Jeffrey Donald Singer; brothers, John Balkevitch, Bob Balkevitch and George Balkevitch.
Private family services will take place at a later date.
The family is being cared for by the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home.
