Patrick Francis Fraley, 85 of Traverse City passed away June 12, 2021.

Patrick was born on December 7, 1935 in Detroit to the late Charles Frederick and Kathleen Elizabeth (Devaney) Fraley.

On November 18, 1961, Patrick married Kathleen Janet Brisbois at St. Bridget's in Detroit.

Patrick earned his bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Business Administration and Marketing and minored in philosophy. He had a successful career in sales working for fortune 100 companies; his favorite being Ore-Ida and Ocelo. Following his retirement, he and Janet moved to Traverse City where he worked at the Home Depot for over twenty years.

Pat was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church where he served as an usher and on the funeral luncheon committee. He also was a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians, the Elks Lodge, the Economics Club, and the Knights of Columbus Monaghan Council. In his free time, he enjoyed the stock market and managing his family members 401K and IRA accounts.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents and sister Christine Bohland.

Pat is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Janet; daughters Julia (Ted) Horton, Kathleen (Jon) Shear, Jennifer (James) Nevins; son Kevin (Tracie) Fraley; grandchildren Patrick Garceau, Jessica Garceau, Katie (Jared) Ellis, Benjamin Shear, Marie Shear, James Patrick Nevins, Austin Nevins, Quinn Fraley, Madison Wolf, Danika Wolf and Georgia Wolf; great grandchildren Elizabeth and Evelyn Ellis and Russell and Afton Garceau; and brother Charles (Karen) Fraley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 4 to 6 pm at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home. The rosary will be prayed at 6 pm.

The mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 11 am with visitation beginning one hour prior at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. A luncheon will follow at the Gardens at Reynolds Jonkhoff.
