Patrick "Pat" Donovan Moore, 75, of Traverse City passed away on Saturday, June, 23, 2018 at The Villa at Traverse Point. Pat, son of the late Medford and Kathryn (Dawson) Moore, was born on August 2, 1942 in Frankfort, Michigan. He was married to Joyce Graves. She preceded him in death on March 30, 1999. Pat later married Laurel Gaffney. She predeceased him as well on June 11, 2017. Pat was an accountant, working with many people over the years. He played the accordion and had a passion for music. In his younger years, he enjoyed deer hunting, fishing and camping with his young family.

Pat is survived by two sons; David L. Moore and Patrick D. Moore II, three grandchildren; Donovan Moore, Sarah Moore and Evan Moore, twin great-granddaughters; Emily and Lilly Moore. Also surviving are eight step-children, 16 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Michael J. Moore and his beloved dog, Rain.

Friends are welcome to visit with Pat's family on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth Street, Traverse City, Michigan, 49684.

A funeral service honoring Patrick will take place at 11:00 a.m., with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, June 29, 2018 at the funeral home. Pastor Tim Manzer will officiate. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Grawn.
