Patricia S. Bronson, 94 of Cedar passed away peacefully on May 30, 2023 at Effie's Place.

Patt was born on August 24, 1928 in Flint to the late Ambrose and Katherine (Laskey) Strang.

On June 28, 1980, Patt married William A. Bronson in Cedar.

Patt was very involved with Sugar Loaf for many years. She also was devoted to St. Mary's in Lake Leelanau where she was able to develop her faith. In her free time she enjoyed golfing.

Patt was preceded in death by her beloved husband William; first husband Ted Hanson Jr.; daughter Martha; sister-in-law Nancy;parents; her sister Alice Mae; granddaughter Kristin Kent and special friend William D. Rohns.

Patt is survived by her son-in-law Conrad Belfour; siblings Barbara Buffum, Richard (Jane) Strang and James Strang; grandson-in-law Kevin Kent; and exchange student Karen Sharka.

A celebration of Patt's life will be held at St. Mary's Church in Lake Leelanau on Friday June 16, 2023 at 11 am with visitation beginning one hour prior.

Memorial contributions in her honor may be directed to the Leelanau Township Foundation.
