TRAVERSE CITY — Paul T. Harlan, 96, of Traverse City, died Monday evening, Oct. 3, 2011.Paul was a decorated World War II veteran. He raised his family in Roseville, retired from Budd Company, moved to Arcadia, then Manistee and settled in Traverse City.He was the husband of Virginia for 64 years; father of William (Debra) and David (Mary); grandfather of five; and great-grandfather of eight.
