ELK RAPIDS — Paul Edward White Jr., 72, of Elk Rapids, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 16, 2011, at Munson Hospice House.Paul was born Oct. 17, 1938, in Detroit, to the late Paul E. and Mildred M. (Ceass) White. In 1981 he married Paula Leszczynski in Bloomfield Hills.Surviving Paul are by his wife, Paula; sons, Paul (Lucia) White, Don (Shelley) White, Jerry (Renee) White and Brian (Laurie) White; eight grandchildren; brother, Tom (Ann) White; sister, Donna (Leo) Padilla; and several nieces and nephews.A funeral Mass will be held for Paul at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Christ The King Catholic Church, with a visitation held from 1:30 p.m. Fr. Gerald Micketti will serve as officiant. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
