Obituary

Pauline Romanowski, 74, of Shelby Township, formerly of Traverse City, Michigan passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Pauline was born on April 3, 1947 in Detroit to the late Alfred and Genevieve (Ciesniewski) Romanowski.

Pauline is survived by her brother, Richard Romanowski and a sister-in-law, Joanne Romanowski. She is the loving aunt of Christie (Brent) Smith, Alan (Jamie) Romanowski, great-aunt of Mason, Elliot, Henry and Maxwell. She was the dear friend of Greg and Fran Russell, Tim and Kathy Skwierc and Gail Bueter.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia and a brother, Alfred Romanowski.

Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00 a.m., with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 19, 2021 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 3801 Shore Rd, Williamsburg, MI 49690. Rev. Christopher Jarvis will officiate. A Virtual webcasting of the service will be at www.christkingchurch.org .

Pauline's family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Fran Russell, for her countless hours spent at Pauline's bedside. Also, a thank you to the staff of Gruber House for their loving care of Pauline.
