Pauline M. Tillock
TRAVERSE CITY – Pauline Mae Tillock passed away on Monday March 12, 2018 at the Munson Medical Center in the loving care of her family.
Pauline was born June 26, 1919 in Breckenridge, MI. She attended Saginaw High School in Saginaw, MI where she graduated in 1936.
She married William (Bill) Arthur Tillock in 1944 in Flint, MI. Together they were married for 54 years before his death in 1998.
Pauline owned and operated Tillock Real Estate and Tax Service in Saginaw for many years.
Pauline and her family moved to Traverse City from Saginaw in 1989, where they thoroughly enjoyed living in the Traverse City area. Pauline was an active member of Presbyterian Church of Traverse City. Pauline loved needlepointing and quilting, working in her garden, and visiting with her friends and family. She also enjoyed traveling and has traveled extensively all over the world. She will be missed for her quick wit, loving sense of humor and her contagious laugh.
She is survived by one daughter, Sue Lynn Tillock of Traverse City, several nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews along with her close friends.
A visitation for Pauline will take place from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Reynolds Jonkhoff Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 am. Rev. Dr. William Myers will officiate.
