Ralph W. Jones, 90, of Traverse City, Michigan passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Munson Medical Center. Ralph was born on December 15, 1930 in Morgantown, Kentucky to the late Orville and Rose Marie (Rone) Jones. He married the love of his life, Glenda Petrie, on March 29, 1958 in Royal Oak, Michigan. She preceded him in death on March 9, 2019. Ralph proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Ralph had been employed with the Antrim County Road Commission until his retirement in 1992. He was a past Union Steward of his Teamsters Union, as well as a member of the Central Lake V.F.W. post 6985.

Ralph is survived by a son, Ralph (Stephanie) Jones and a daughter, Nancy Jones. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; James Boogren, Rick Boogren, Eric Jones, Michael Jones, Andrew Jones, Samantha Jones and Jessica (Steve) Ford also nine great-grandchildren; Skyla, James, Addy, Harmony, Aurora, Lyrica, Isabella, Chan and Mike.

He was predeceased by two brothers; James O. Jones and Raymond "Muley" Jones.

In accordance with Ralph's wishes cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
