Reta Louise Wight, 88, passed away July 20, 2022.

She was born April 17, 1934 to Charles A. and Delia L. Katterman.

Reta worked as a secretary for Trinity Lutheran Church and School for 10 years. She later returned and worked as the school cook. She also worked as a cashier at Meijer for many years.

She is survived by her children; Richard B. (Cindy) Wight and Kathleen L. Moyer. She is also survived by two grandchildren; Carrie (David) Egan, Laura (Mark) Beane and six great grandchildren; Connor and Abigail Egan, Scott and Makynzie Moyer, Morgan and Madelyn Beane.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Eleanor Durant, Edna Neering, Thelma Oleksinski, Louis Katterman, Donald Harsch, and her grandson Matthew Moyer.

A memorial service will take place on August 19, 2022, 11:00am, at Trinity Lutheran Church with visitation one hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing an expression of sympathy may choose to contribute to Trinity Lutheran Church.
