Richard "Dick" Lewis Goldstrohm, 84, of Traverse City passed away at Munson Hospice House on Sunday, April 28, 2013.
Dick was born on May 1, 1928 in Philadelphia to the late Paul Lewis and Josephine Goldstrohm. He attended William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia and was a graduate of Ohio University.
Dick was funny, quick witted and put a smile on everyone's face. He enjoyed horse racing, college football and playing poker at the Senior Center.
Dick is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Marlene, children; Suzy (Bob) Cline and Scott Goldstrohm, granddaughters; Polly and Becca Cline, Alison and Katey Goldstrohm, step-daughters; Karin (Phil) Halteman and Barbara (Larry) Rice and their children, Phillip, Katie, Mathew and Luke Halteman, Adam and Nathanael Rice.
Cremation has taken place and no memorial services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Munson Hospice House, the Traverse City Senior Center or the Cherryland Humane Society.
