Robert Jackson's Obituary
Robert L. Jackson, 69, of Cedar, passed away May 22, 2023.
He was born in Lansing, October 13, 1953, son to Richard and Barbara (Wiecks) Jackson.
Robert was a skilled mason in Northern Michigan for nearly fifty years. He was an avid outdoorsman who valued environmental conservation and wildlife protection. He was a devoted Christian and congregant of Sojourn Church.
Robert is survived by his children Amanda (Patrick Varley) Jackson and Benjamin (Makaela) Jackson; his father, Richard Jackson; siblings Judy (Kent) Armstrong, Susan (Ralph) Davis, Karen (Irwin) Graham and Steven Jackson and the mother of his children Tamara (Bob) Zywicki.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara.
A memorial service honoring Robert's life will take place Saturday, June 17 at 10:30 a.m. EST at Sojourn Church, 1027 McRae Hill Road, Traverse City, MI 49685.
