Ronald Michael Rysso, 88 of Williamsburg and formerly of Grayling passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025 at Autumn House.
Ron was born on April 6, 1937 in Ishpeming, Michigan to the late Reuben and Ilmi (Saastamoinen) Rysso.
In 1958 Ron married Maureen Murphy in Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Ron grew up in Ishpeming. He joined the Air Force after high school. After that, he joined IBM, where he worked until he retired. After retirement, Ron enjoyed "antiquing".
Ron was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Ilmi Rysso, brothers William Rysso and John Rysso, sister Suzanne Brett and daughter Beth Herberg.
Ron is survived by his wife of 67 years, Maureen; children Kathy (Dwight) Avery, Mike (Jodi) Rysso, Paul (Kelly) Rysso, Eileen (Larry) Ventura, Denise (Stephen) Palashniuk and Deborah Rysso. Grandchildren Paul Avery, Mark Avery, Michael Rysso, Maegan Rysso, Rachel Rysso, Lily Rysso, Matt Ventura, Jack Vincent and Sophia Vincent.
The funeral will be held on September 4, 2025. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
