Obituary

Rosalie J. Galletly, 89, of Traverse City passed away on June 25, 2015 at Las Vegas Solari Hospice in Las Vegas, NV. Rosalie was born on May 14, 1926 in Osage City, KS to the late James and Catherine (Fullerton) Oyler. She was married to Raymond Galletly on March 3, 1951 in Topeka, KS. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and was in the Bell Choir. She was an artist, she enjoyed drawing and poetry.

Rosalie is survived by a daughter and a son; Kathryn (Jack) Lewis and Adrian (Ann) Galletly. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Rhonda Hager, Julie Reeves, Jennifer Dickinson, David Love, Michael Love, Jennifer Galletly and Heather Galletly and five great-grandchildren; Sandra Fraley, Nathan Hager, Elizabeth Hager, Katy Olivia Reeves and Christel Galletly and a niece, Charlotte Brown and nephew, Dennis Hagemann.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, a daughter, Carol Love, two brothers, James Oyler and Edward Oyler and a sister, Mildred Reagan.

A memorial service honoring Rosalie will take place at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 22, 2015 at the Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster Rd., Traverse City, MI 49686. Rev. Melissa Lopez will officiate.
