Sandra Lee Guy, 66, long time resident of Traverse City passed away Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Munson Medical Center.
Sandra was born March 9, 1946 to the late Robert D. and Pauline F. (McDonald) Guy in Rapid City, MI. She was a graduate of Traverse City Senior High School, class of 1964.
Sandy was a faithful member of Grawn United Methodist Church and active within outreach programs, women's groups, prayer ministry and the church itself. She made her living working with Munson Medical Center for over 31 years, retiring as manager for environmental health.
Sandy is survived by her loving family, her two sisters, Mary (Jerry) Lewis and Pam (Ralph) Soffredine, three brothers, Tom (Mary) Guy, Gerald "Moe" Guy, and Sam (Virginia) Guy, several nieces and nephews, many other loving family members and friends, and her best friend and faithful companion her, Chocolate Lab.
Memorial services will take place at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Grawn United Methodist Church, with Rev. Mary Brown officiating.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Grawn United Methodist Church.
