Sandra Mae Myers, 82, of Traverse City, Michigan passed away peacefully on Monday, June 2, 2025, at her home. Sandy was born on October 31, 1942, in Traverse City to the late James and Arlene (Ankersen) Horton. She married the love of her life, Michael Myers on August 28, 1989.

Sandy had been employed with Sara Lee, retiring in 2006, after over 32 years of service. She was a wonderful cook and an avid reader.

Sandy is survived by her loving husband, of 35 years, Mike, a daughter Shelly (Jim) Morgan, a son, Steve McKrill and a brother, Jim (Judy) Horton. Also surviving are her in-laws; Harold and Wanda Myers, Al (Shantel) Myers, Cheryl (Jay) Ridenour and Paul Myers.

In accordance with Sandra's wishes a private family service has taken place.
