Sarah L. Olson Rosenbaum

TRAVERSE CITY - Sarah L. Olson Rosenbaum, beloved wife of Joel Rosenbaum, went to be with her Lord on May 15, 2021 in Traverse City, Michigan after a battle with ALS. Sarah was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and John Olson, and her brother, David Olson. She is survived by her soulmate Joel of 24 years, sister and brother in law Mary and Norm Lorentz, sister in law Pat Olson, many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews and many cherished friends. Sarah's laughter and love of life was infectious and touched all that met her.

Sarah was born in Royal Oak, Michigan, January 25, 1959. She grew up in Clawson and Eastpointe, Michigan. She worked in the legal and financial services fields in Detroit and Troy, Michigan.
Sarah was an avid gardener and a dedicated member of the Traverse City Friendly Garden Club. Sarah was very proud of her Finnish heritage and loved the UP in addition to the Traverse City area.

A Celebration of Life will be held this summer when the flowers are in bloom.
