Shirley A. Lapointe, 89, of Williamsburg, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Northport Highlands.

Shirley Lapointe was a boisterous, memorable presence with a unique and charismatic sense of humor. She, along with her beloved late husband Robert "Bob" Lapointe, were the owners of Sno-Trails in Kalkaska from 1965 until 2000.

Shirley was an avid hockey fan and bird watcher in her retired years and would often regale her family members with the latest Red Wings news as well as what was going on in the exciting world of northern Michigan birds.

Shirley is survived by her two daughters, Colette (Peter) and Nicole (Brian), her grandsons Parker (Emily) and Brandon (Laura), her great-granddaughter Brooklyn and grandson Percival.

She will be interred at her family mausoleum next to her beloved husband at the Woodlawn Cemetary in Detroit.
