She was raised alongside her two sisters, Christine and Mary Ann, and attended St. Francis schools. On November 18, 1958 she was united in marriage to Thomas Skudlarick who loved her more than anything. Before retirement, Sue worked at Sears, Detwiler Drugs and Eastfield Fashions. She then took time off to babysit her grandchildren and others before returning to work again, this time at Sixth Street Drugs.
Outside of work, Sue enjoyed reality TV shows, going to craft shows, clothes shopping, playing bunco, going to the casino, rearranging the furniture within her home, and watching the birds at her bird feeder. Above all, Sue was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
