Suzanne S. Bennett

Traverse City - Suzanne S. Bennett, age 86, passed away peaceably Friday, March 30, 2018 at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Sue was born November 20th, 1931 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Mildred and Charles Spencer.
She earned a Bachelors degree in English from Michigan State University. She was married to Joseph Brooke Bennett who proceeded her in death in 1996.
Sue maintained her love of needle work, knitting, quilting, literature, gardening and church service for her entire life.
Sue is survived by her four children Rick Bennett, Anne Kneller, Eric Bennett and Thom Bennett. And her grandchildren Danial Bennett, Lauren Bennett, Jack Bennett and Tiger Kneller.

A visitation for Suzanne will be held at the Grace Episcopal Church on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Visitation will also take place on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Grace Episcopal Church beginning at 1:00 pm until the time of the service at 2:00 pm. Rev. Kathryn Costas will officiate.
