Tish Pridmore

Traverse City - Tish Pridmore, 85, of Traverse City passed away January 1, 2016 at the Grand Traverse Pavilions.
Tish was born on November 15, 1930 in Pontiac to the late John B. and Ruby (Dodd) Applewhite.
Tish earned her Bachelors Degree in Education from Michigan State University. She was employed as a teacher in Saline. Tish was the proud mother of four wonderful daughters. In her spare time Tish loved conversing with friends, family, and all those she met around town. She loved working at her daughter's store, Cali's Cottons, where she would frequently strike up a conversation with customers. She had a way of making all those around her smile. She will be greatly missed.
Tish is survived by her daughters Colby (Fred) Moore, Alison (Alonzo) Knowles, Amy (Paul) Lauber, and Elizabeth (Deane)Western; grandchildren Liz Caudill, Molly (Brian) Hunter, Michael Caudill, Jack Moore, Tucker Knowles, and Teagan Knowles, and great granddaughter Ellery Hunter.
A memorial service celebrating Tish's life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the Cherryland Humane Society.
