Verna Renetta Hall, 88, of Traverse City passed away peacefully at the Villa on April 8, 2025.

Verna was born on May 7, 1936 in Traverse City to the late Bert and Genevieve (Bellant) Chapman. Throughout her life, she enjoyed bowling, golfing and flowers. On October 30, 1970 she married Richard Lloyd Hall who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her siblings, Burt, Jim and Delores.

Verna is survived by her children, Michael (Pamela) Brigham, James Gabrick, Mark (Rachel) Gabrick, and Dawn (Terry) Kirchner; six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 from 5 – 7 pm at the Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home, 305 Sixth St. Traverse City.
